This sushi spot opened in 2010 in Baton Rouge and has since opened another location in Lafayette. Despite the name, sushi isn’t the only seafood you can get here. You can get a salad, tuna, and other meals.
Rock-n-Sake has a full-service sake bar and prides itself on catering as well. It caters both onsite and offsite. Onsite catering is only available at the Baton Rouge location, but this shouldn’t be an issue if you don’t need a space reservation.

Charley G’s is a grill that won multiple awards for its southern-style cooking. The food is cooked on hardwood and the menu changes with the seasons to ensure the seafood and other ingredients are local. Its bar features live piano music every day with a wide alcohol selection.
The bar also has a jazz music trio every third Tuesday of the month and other events occasionally. They also donate to local charity organizations upon request such as raffles. This is a place to chill for dinner.
